Volunteering for The Compliance Solutions Championship is a great way to receive a first-hand behind the ropesexperience, spend time with friends, co-workers, etc. and help support the local community. 

For a listing of potential volunteer committees please see below:

ADMISSIONS & MAIN ENTRANCE: Responsible for scanning all tickets and credentials, assisting with walk-up sales, and managing will-call. Volunteers also support as Tournament Ambassadors, being the ‘first impression’ and greeting guests at the main entrance. Shifts Thursday-Sunday

CADDIE SERVICES & PRACTICE AREA: Tasks include but are not limited to: Caddie Registration, caddie bib management, and set-up and maintain the practice area (driving range, chipping area, and practice green) for players by stocking and distributing practice ballsShifts Monday-Sunday

HOSPITALITY & ACCESS CONTROL: Responsible for checking credentials and monitoring access into various course locations including VIP hospitality, clubhouse, and others around the course. This is an important role in being ambassadors for the event and providing customer service to the tournament patrons. Shifts Thursday-Sunday

MARSHALS: Responsible for safe and easy access from hole to hole for players and caddies. Marshals also ensure proper spectator conduct by signaling ‘quiet’ as players begin to play, spot balls in the fairway/rough, and manage a specific hole. Marshals are assigned to all 18 holes and each hole has multiple volunteers. Shifts Thursday-Sunday

On-Course ServicesResponsible for delivering and stocking ice and water to all tee boxes for playersand caddies. Shifts Monday-Sunday

OPERATIONS: Assist in the final preparations for the tournament and ensure proper set-up each morning before gates open. Duties include but are not limited to: mesh fencing and hospitality structures, settingup hospitality areas each day, assist with the set-up and breakdown of electronic scoreboard, and other tasks as needed. Note: this is a physically demanding committeeShifts Advance Week Thursday – Sunday, Monday – Sunday, Monday Post

PLAYER SERVICES: Responsible for player registration and player services (ticket request, information table, package distribution, etc.) Shifts Monday-Sunday

PRO-AM/SPECIAL EVENTS: Responsible for helping the tournament staff set up and execute the Wednesday Pro-Am including the Tuesday night Pairings Party. Volunteers are also responsible for Fan Zone, Ice Cream & Snack distribution. Shifts Tuesday & Wednesday

SHOTLINK GREENSIDE OPERATORS: Manage greenside scoring equipment to provide enhanced accuracy to Shotlink. Volunteers will be stationed at each of the 18 greens. It is recommended that volunteers in this committee have a general golf scoring knowledge and are comfortable with basic technology. Shifts Thursday-Sunday

STANDARD BEARERS: Responsible for walking all 18 holes with a specific group. Standard Bearers carry a sign that displays the scores and edit the display as scores change for players within the group. Requirements include the ability to walk 18 holes and carry a sign. Note: Volunteers MUST work a Thursday or Friday shift in order to work the Pro-Am shift, a Saturday shift, or Sunday shift. This is a complimentary junior volunteer position. TRANSPORTATION/SHUTTLES: Responsible for the shuttle service vans provided for volunteers and caddies, player & caddie transportation on-course, evacuation cars around the golf course, and on-course shuttles. Shifts Monday to Sunday

VOLUNTEER HQ: Responsible for the overall operation of the Volunteer HQ including volunteer check-in, uniform management, answering questions, making sure all assignments are covered, and restocking snacks and beverages for volunteers. Shifts Monday-Sunday

WALKING SCORERS: Responsible for walking 18 holes inside the ropes with a specific pairing group. Volunteers will carry a handheld smart device with PGA Tour software and input stroke, scoring and statistical information. Volunteers will also score the Pro-Am tournament at scoring stations using the GolfGenius application. This committee is crucially important as each pairing group needs a scorer to keep real-time data for each player. Saturday and Sunday scorers must work at least two shifts Wednesday-Friday. Volunteers must have knowledge of golf and training is MANDATORY. Shifts Wednesday-Sunday
